Project Overview: The "Women in Collision" event, hosted annually by Paint & Panel magazine, aims to recognize and celebrate women's contributions within the automotive industry. The event presents awards to women holding various roles in workshops, including office managers, estimators, spray painters, panel beaters, and detailers.
Execution: Our company is deeply committed to supporting this advocacy of empowering women in the industry. To achieve this, we initiate active engagement by securing event sponsorship. Additionally, we employ a range of strategies both within and outside the event. These strategies encompass visiting women working in workshops, crafting articles that highlight their achievements, participating in the event itself, and leveraging social media platforms to amplify the event's mission.
Outcome: For several years, PartsCheck has consistently championed this cause, making it an integral part of our annual agenda. Our enduring involvement in initiatives like "Women in Collision" underscores our commitment to fostering robust relationships with industry partners, as we actively contribute to and participate in events that promote mutual growth and collaboration.
